I have a problem with neuz.exe

I have a problem, what happens is that when you load the patch and I'll start to see a window that says Error number: 193 Run error Neuz.exe
I've tried everything to fix it but nothing happens, even download the full client another look D:

for this problem Patch a full eflyff client v15 and take the neuz exe on it... and its supposed to work
