v17 v16 or v15 server I'm lost?!?!

okay guys this is pretty messed up... I downloaded the v17 entire client and obviously it wont let me login (please check the network error) but I don't see any info on the v17 client on the official site, everything is for v15 or v16 (there isnt any a dowload for v16 client)

so first, why cant I log in for the V17 client, and second, DOES IT EVEN EXISTS???
