Like the title says, i cant get on the game. Whenever i try to log in it would say "You cannot connect from outside the service for flyff"

well CLEARLY, by reading the error, your region has had its ip range blocked from accessing the server

Cannot connect to server: server is down
You cannot connect from outside the service for flyff: your region is likely ip blocked from connecting to the server, no way to fix without relocating yourself
